There is a special kind of pride in seeing a hometown business step forward for local families. A familiar name in a pageant program says something simple: we are part of this community, and its next generation matters to us.
The Miss FireAnt Festival Pageant is planned for October 3, 2026, in Marshall, Texas. Businesses, organizations, and families can support the pageant through sponsorships starting at $50. The published sponsorship deadline is September 14.
Choose the recognition that fits your business
The Friends of the Pageant level, $50–$100, includes a business card-size program advertisement and recognition for supporting the pageant. Silver, $150, includes a quarter-page program advertisement. Gold, $300, includes a half-page advertisement and a business announcement during the pageant.
Crown sponsorship starts at $500 and includes a full-page program advertisement, business announcements, premium sponsor recognition, and business-banner placement at the pageant and on the pageant float. Every level includes the social-media acknowledgment described in the sponsorship flyer. Every confirmed sponsor also receives an individual business thank-you page, a sponsor-directory listing, and a link to their business. Our current goal is 100 businesses contributing $100 each, for $10,000 in total support. Venmo and PayPal are preferred; checks, cash, and other arrangements are welcome.
Compare all sponsorship levels and start a request. Kaitlyn will confirm the contribution, artwork requirements, payment details, and recognition before a sponsor is added.
Make recognition useful, personal, and accurate
Send the business name you want families to remember. Include your public website, if you have one, and ask Kaitlyn how to provide an approved logo or program advertisement. A family sponsorship is welcome too; use only the name you are comfortable having published.
Your sponsorship inquiry is a conversation with Kaitlyn, not an automatic public listing. The public recognition uses approved business information. Personal phone numbers and email addresses supplied in the request are not added to the sponsor display.
Support the pageant directly
These packages support the Miss FireAnt Festival Pageant. The Chamber’s wider FireAnt Festival has its own sponsorship program. If your business already supports the downtown festival, ask Kaitlyn about a separate contribution to the pageant or contestant awards.
Marshall, Hallsville, Jefferson, Waskom, Longview, and other East Texas businesses are welcome to inquire. A shop, restaurant, salon, service business, or professional office does not need a large advertising budget to take part.
