What we collect and why
Forms collect your name, email, phone number when requested, and the information you choose to provide. Sponsorship requests can include a business name, intended contribution, preferred payment method, and approved public business details. Registration-interest forms collect parent or guardian contact information, contestant name, and age so Kaitlyn can follow up.
Requests are stored in a private pageant database. They are used to answer questions, coordinate participation, confirm contributions, and arrange sponsor recognition. Do not submit payment-card numbers, account passwords, medical information, or sensitive documents.
Who can see it
The pageant’s private inbox is restricted to Kaitlyn’s authorized account. Hosting providers process information to operate the site. Personal inquiry fields are not displayed publicly or handed to sponsors. Approved business details may appear in sponsor profiles after contribution confirmation and permission.
Email updates are optional
We send pageant news and sponsor updates only when you select the email-update checkbox. This is separate from contact about your request. The form does not opt you into marketing texts. To unsubscribe, correct your information, or request deletion, email fireantqueens@yahoo.com.
Payments and records
The form records your preferred method but does not process a payment. Venmo and PayPal are preferred; checks, cash, and other arrangements are welcome. Kaitlyn provides payment instructions. Confirmed contributions are recorded separately from inquiries so different payment methods can be counted together without counting pledges as money received.
Security and retention
We use encrypted HTTPS connections, server-side validation, restricted inbox access, and temporary anti-abuse records. Information is retained as needed for pageant administration and contribution records, with deletion requests reviewed by Kaitlyn. External payment and business websites have their own privacy practices.
